Troy believes in

City Services That Work

Residents should not have to fight City Hall to get basic services. Streets should be cleaned. Trash should be picked up. Alleys should be maintained. Rodent problems should be addressed. Streetlights should be fixed. Sidewalks should be safe. City departments should respond when residents call for help.

Troy believes the alderperson’s office should be accessible, responsive, and focused on solving everyday problems in our community.

As Alderperson, Troy will:

  • Build a ward office that responds promptly and respectfully to residents.

  • Track recurring service problems and push City departments for results.

  • Improve communication with residents about infrastructure projects, zoning issues, public safety concerns, and major City decisions.

  • Use data and resident feedback to identify problem areas.

  • Hold City agencies accountable when service requests are delayed or ignored.

  • Make the alderperson’s office a reliable point of contact for residents, businesses, and community organizations.

Troy believes good government starts with the basics: responsiveness, transparency, accountability, and follow-through.
